I am writing to you to put on record my thanks for your recent help in the servicing of my car. Since I brought it from a Toyota Dealer in Nuneaton I have had a catalogue of problems including overrunning of the scheduled time taken, non repair of various items and a couple of breakdown after the servicing was complete.
My letters of complaint and calls to their Customer Service office have been a complete waste of time, and so when Davi mentioned mentioned you name, you have serviced his car. I thought I had nothing to lose by trying somewhere else. I wish I had done so earlier!!!
You picked the car up on time, and returned it within the timescale you stated and did the work at a more than reasonable cost - particularly when to my delight you also valeted the car for me.
This service was enhanced when you were unexpectedly called out by me at 6.30 the same night as there was a recurrence of an intermittent problem I have had with my brakes which had not occurred during the service. You kindly worked on this until gone 8 o'clock and, touch wood, there has been no repetition of this fault.
I therefore have complete confidence in your service and have truly experienced your 'at any time' tagline and mentally - so mush so that when my Area Director asked for someone to service his car I had no hesitation in passing him your name, and I know he was also pleased with the standard of workmanship you have shown him.
